• 1.2 By placing an order or using our services, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

• 2.1 All electrical panels, including PCC, MCC, APFC, LT Panels, and others, are manufactured as per industry standards.
• 2.2 Customizations to products must be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing prior to manufacturing.
• 2.3 The Company reserves the right to modify product specifications to improve functionality or comply with updated standards.

• 3.1 Prices quoted are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified.
• 3.2 A 50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation. The balance is due upon delivery unless agreed otherwise.
• 3.3 Payment delays may incur additional charges, including interest at applicable rates.

• 4.1 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• 4.2 The Client is responsible for ensuring the site is ready for installation. Any delays due to site readiness will not hold the Company liable.
• 4.3 The Company provides installation support upon request, which may be subject to additional charges.

• 5.1 All products come with a warranty period specified at the time of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.
• 5.2 The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
• 5.3 Regular maintenance is recommended and can be provided by the Company under separate agreements.

• 6.1 Customized products are non-refundable.
• 6.2 Any claims for defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• 6.3 Approved returns will be subject to inspection and may incur a restocking fee.

• 7.1 The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
• 7.2 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the defective product or service.

• 8.1 All designs, drawings, and technical specifications provided by the Company remain its intellectual property.
• 8.2 Clients may not copy, share, or reproduce these materials without prior written consent.

• 9.1 The Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

• 10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• 10.2 Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in India.

• 11.1 The Company reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
